Join The Bikini and Fit Model Group Posing Class in Iowa!

Are you prepping for an OCB or NPC Bikini or Fit Model competition?

Whether you're a first-time competitor or a more experienced athlete, this Bikini and Fit Model competition posing class will help you feel confident and ready for show day!

In this hands-on group session, we'll cover:

  • Comparison rounds (just like you'll face on stage)

  • Front and back walks (with feedback on style and flow)

  • A mock show day experience to get you comfortable under pressure.

You'll leave knowing exactly what to expect at your competition—and feeling more prepared to walk on stage with confidence!

This posing class is ideal for Bikini and Fit Model athletes across the Midwest, whether you're currently prepping for a show, building in the off-season, or laying the groundwork in your pre-prep phase. No matter where you are in your journey, refining your posing now will set you up for success on stage.
