  • Competition prep coaching is $250 every 4 weeks.

  • One session is included when you sign up for 1:1 contest prep coaching. After that posing sessions are offered at the team rate of $40 per session.

  • Macros! I’ve done it all, meal plans, flexible meal plans, and macros. And I’ve found macros to be the best option for a more sustainable approach to prep!

    You get to eat the foods you want to eat. For example… if you want to add a bit of cheese to your eggs… you can!

  • I specialize in Bikini and Fit Model athletes who compete in the OCB or the NPC. But I have helped clients prep for other natural federations.

  • NO! I am a natural athlete myself and encourage all my athletes to take the natural route!

  • Yes! I coach all levels of athletes. I love working with first timers and seasoned athletes alike.

  • Many athletes start with a 3-12 month build phase before moving into a prep phase which is generally 16-24 weeks. But this will vary based on each athletes individual situation.
